We may update or change these terms and policies at any time so please be sure to check these terms so that you fully understand the terms that will apply at the time you make a purchase.

We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions of goods when they are posted on our website however some details such as colour may differ slightly from images. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour from the image you see on your screen to the product you receive.

All orders placed are subject to availability. We will endeavour to keep all stock levels accurate but cannot be held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available resulting in that item being cancelled from your order. You will receive an email to notify you of the cancelled items and we will try our best to find an alternative, similar item for you.

Your Status

By placing an order on our website we will assume that you are over the age of 18 and capable of entering into a binding contract.


Our easy to use website will guide you through placing an order and the checkout process will allow you to check/amend your basket before submitting your order. Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot amend it so please check you are happy with all items in your basket before submitting your order.

The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation email to the email address you entered when placing the order. If we cannot process your order due to (but not limited to) an item being out of stock or an inability to process your payment, we will notify you be email or telephone at which time the contract will be terminated.

Right to cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel a contract with us from the minute you place the order until 14 days from the date you receive your goods.

In the event that we have already dispatched your order by the time you cancel, you will be responsible for posting the item back to us following the instructions for returns set out in our returns policy. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return.

Exclusions from cancellations and returns

As set out in the Consumer Contract Regulation 2013, we are unable to accept returns on products which are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly and for health and hygiene reasons the following items- swimwear, underwear, earrings and toiletries unless all hygiene seals are intact and unbroken.

Faulty returns

Customers are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving the goods if they are deemed to be faulty. 

If upon receipt of your order you discover any item is faulty please contact with details of the fault including photographs of the fault and a member of the web sales team will respond within 48 hours. If, upon inspection of the images, the item is deemed to be faulty, we will ask that you return the item following our returns procedure and we will refund you the cost of the return postage and send you a replacement item free of charge. We cannot refund faulty items which we have not been informed about prior to the return so please remember to contact the Wilkies online team and await a response before returning your item.


All prices displayed include VAT at the current rate but exclude shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time but this will not affect any order which has been placed before the price change.

We will do our best to ensure all pricing information is accurate at all time but due to the volume of products listed there may be errors in pricing on occasion. Where a price is listed on our site less than what it should be we will contact you to find out if you wish to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel your order. Where a product listed. If we discover a product has been listed at a higher price than it should be, we will contact you and refund the difference in price. 


Our secure payment service provider is Sagepay and we accept all major credit/debit cards. For further details on payment security please refer to our Payment Policy. 

Payment for products and delivery will be processed when you submit you order.

Promotional Terms and Conditions

We may offer Promotional Codes that you can use to reduce the price of certain products. Please remember it is up to you to enter the code at checkout. We cannot apply a discount code after the transaction has been completed.

These codes and promotions will run between certain dates and once the date has past the discount code will expire.

Promotional codes cannot be used against sale items (unless otherwise stated).

Only one promotional code can be used per order.

When returning an item bought using a promotional code the value refunded will be the value of the goods after the code was deducted.

If you are issued with a unique promotional code it is for your use and your use only. If we suspect that there is any misuse of a promotional code we have the right to cancel the promotional code and/or close your account without notifying you.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a code at any time without explanation.
